These terms govern your use of this website, operated by PT Sandang Solusi Semesta. They do not govern a manufacturing agreement — production is contracted separately, in writing, and those terms take precedence over anything on this site.

Nothing here is a binding offer

Descriptions of products, capabilities, construction methods and processes on this site are informational. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and capacity are confirmed in a written quotation for your specific programme, not on this website.

Where a figure on this site is shown as pending confirmation, it means exactly that: it has not been published because it has not been verified. Do not rely on an absent figure as an implied one.

Intellectual property

The Produksee name, logo, site content and photography belong to PT Sandang Solusi Semesta. Third-party brand logos shown on this site remain the property of their owners and are displayed to identify past production relationships, not to imply endorsement.

Designs, artwork and technical packages you send us remain yours. We do not show one customer's development work to another.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate, but knitwear production detail changes. If a page contradicts a written quotation or contract, the written document is correct.

Liability

This website is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from commitments made in a signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
