Who we are

PT Sandang Solusi Semesta, trading as Produksee, is a knitwear manufacturer registered in Indonesia at Jl. Seram No 326 C Blok H, Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat 16514, Indonesia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@produksee.id.

What we collect

When you submit the quote request form we collect the name, brand or company, WhatsApp number, and — if you provide them — email address, product type, quantity, target delivery and any message you write.

We also record how you arrived: the campaign parameters in the link you followed, the page you landed on, and the referring website. This is stored in your browser for the session and attached to your enquiry when you submit it. We do not store your IP address alongside your enquiry.

If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics collects usage data under its own terms. It is not linked to your enquiry.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and continue the conversation on WhatsApp or by email. To understand which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

WhatsApp

Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with a summary of your enquiry pre-filled. That conversation takes place on WhatsApp's infrastructure and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database on a server we control. Access is limited to the people at Produksee who handle quotations.

Your choices

Write to support@produksee.id to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
